Traidhos Camp is recruiting suitably qualified enthusiastic staff to work with young people during the Summer Camp period, July and August 2025 in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai.

You should apply if you offer

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree

• A passion for working with young people in a residential camp setting

• Teaching or related work experiences in environmental/sustainability education centers, forest schools, summer camps, jamborees or other outdoor programs

• Excellent interpersonal skills able to liaise with a wide range of people 

• Experience in leading groups of students on excursions, field trips, outdoor activities, teambuilding, craft and group games

• Demonstrably solid personal organization skills 

• Ability and willingness to work as a team

• Adaptability and tolerance living and working in a different culture, and as part of a multicultural team and with students for whom English is not their native language

• Good energy and an upbeat personality

• Appropriate first aid and CPR qualifications

• Appropriate Safeguarding checks
   

These additional skills are advantageous:

• Experience in teaching English to non-native speakers

• Lifesaving qualifications.
