Air Day Camp Report29 July- 2 August 2024

Our Air Day Camp was a full of fun and learning!

On the first day, we stepped into the world of air with experiments like making candles disappear in jars and launching straw rockets. We rose up high with bird balloons and pinwheels, and even created beautiful breath paintings. The afternoon was filled with the joy of flying ribbons, playing with a giant parachute, and practicing mindful breathing to end the day on a calm note.

Day two brought a mix of science and creativity. We learned how yeast creates bubbles in balloons and delicious pizza dough. Straw and sponge experiments sparked our curiosity, and we had a blast with plasticine, paper airplanes, and dress-up. After a game of energetic bats and balls, we listened to stories and picked up our souvenirs.

Nature called on day three as we embarked on a farm adventure. We picked fresh ingredients for a tasty snack called "Miang Kham" and got up close with farm animals. Back at camp, we crafted fragrant potpourri and played with balls of all sizes before creating playful frog balloons.

Day four was all about exploration and relaxation. We started with free play and energetic songs before diving into activities like making string telephones, playing bats and balloons, and discovering hidden scents. The afternoon was dedicated to calming our minds with shape breathing and yoga, followed by a joyful bubble-blowing session.

Our final day was filled with excitement and accomplishment. We built our own glider planes, crafted colorful bird cards, and went on a birdwatching adventure. The bouncy castle provided a perfect energy outlet, and a blindfolded string trail challenged our focus. We concluded the camp with a celebratory certificate ceremony, marking the end of an unforgettable week filled with fun, learning, and new friendships.
