July 2022 It is easy to condemn elephant tourism, but this group of young people from America wanted to understand some of the issues and see for themselves. They chose to spend a large part of their visit to Thailand, working with elephants, hearing their stories and considering habitat, ethical operations and the role tourism plays in Thailand today surrounding elephants.
