Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths normally these are some very big subjects, but here at camp we can make these subjects come to life. Using the STEM framework that asks questions, we use our imagination to come up with solutions, we then plan out the design and physically create something, this design is then tested and improved upon. Our children had such an amazing time this year last week exploring all kinds of things. We created an oven from a cardboard box, then made from scratch cupcakes that were subsequently baked in the box oven. The satisfaction and astonishment that the oven they built had worked was seen in the smiles of pure joy when eating the cupcakes.
